I was a member of the Search and rescue dog association (SARDA) for 15 years as a handler and training officer teaching others. I recognise the importance of canine conditioning and fitness combined with muscular health to help reduce the risk of injury.

As a Guild massage therapist and head of Mochdre vets rehabilitation department I see the debilitating effects that poor core strength and muscular imbalances can have on your dogs. Combining massage and core conditioning improves mobility, reduces pain and reduces the risk of injury for all dogs of all ages; young, geriatric, active and sporting dogs.

Strengthening the core muscles, encouraging range of motion within the joint, bringing awareness to foot placement and ensuring flexibility will help to support them in all their daily activities and is a great confidence booster especially to nervous dogs. I provide tailor made exercise programmes specific to your dog’s requirements.

Testimonial

Caroline is amazing, very caring, calm and patient and talked to Jasper throughout to reassure him. Jasper thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. In 8 weeks the results are amazing, his mobility and comfort/pain has greatly improved. Claire & Jasper

Caroline is very respectful and allows breaks when needed, she is very calm and gentle. As we are competing at level 7 agility Caroline showed warm up and cool down exercises and the conditioning work has improved our performance . She is a very valuable addition to our overall fitness and health team. Jayne & Lola
